Q: What do I do if I cannot find the Temple Icon on the FamilySearch Tree app?
A: The user's FamilySearch account is not linked to their church account. You will need to log into their account on the FamilySearch website on a computer or on a browser from you cellphone. Click their username located at the top right of the screen. Select "Settings" from the drop down menu. Select "Account" located at the top middle of the screen. Scroll down to the "Identity Providers" section and select "Connect Church Account". You will then be prompted to enter your church username and password.
Q: How do I train youth when they don't have cellphones or computers?
A: Alter activities so youth can work in pairs/small groups with someone with a cellphone or computer. FamilySearch centers have computers available for use. Find a FamilySearch center here.
